  • 4. My order was damaged when i received it, what can i do now?

    We are sorry to hear that there was damages to the order issued. In the event that anything happens to you within 24 hours of receiving the order, we will need you to contact our customer service team. We will enable you to take pictures of the damaged garment and videos along with the courier box in which it was sent to you. The customer is obliged to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall give written notice to Viraaya and Courier Company by e-mail within 24 hours of such delivery, irrespective of which the customer may say that the product is not in compliance with the order. In the absence of such notification by the customer, the goods shall be deemed to have been in compliance with the order in all respects and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly.

  • 5. Are in store exchanges allowed for online purchases?

    Unfortunately, currently we are unable to exchange online orders in store. Please read our Return and Exchange policy.

  • 6. Can i return/exchange products during sale?

    Any products purchased during sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • 7. How can i return or exchange an item?

    Please follow the below steps: • Login to your account, Go to "My Orders" • Select the Order and Product you want to Return/Replace. • Share the Item Condition and Photo with the detailed reason for Refund/Replace Our Return team will consult and accordingly our fitting expert team will get in touch with you with a quick response. The day we receive the outfit back, we perform a thorough quality check. After the outfit passes the quality check, we will gladly Exchange or give Store Credit, which you can use for your future purchase. Sorry, We do not provide Refunds.     The delivery time ranges from 7 to 11 business days for goods ready for shipment. Depending on the order, the delivery time varies from 45 days to 90 days for custom orders. Timely deliveries are guaranteed by our dispatch team. When you have made the order with us with the shipping dates, you will receive a confirmation email. You can easily reach out to the customer service team if you want us to speed up your order.

    If the order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders. Therefore, for the stated delivery dates, please ensure that you have a valid shipping address.

  • 6. Delivery was attempted, but i was unavailable. What can i do now?

    Do not worry, within the next 2 business days, our courier company will try to re-attempt delivery. You may either contact our customer service team or email your delivery request to the courier company if the package is still not shipped.

  • 7. Will i have to pay duties and taxes?

    Taxes and duties depend on the location of your shipment. VAT, customs, and import duties are not included in our purchasing process, but may be imposed according to your government's rules and regulations.

  • 8. Does Viraaya ship to multiple addresses?

    Sadly, you can ship to only one address per order at the moment. If your order involves gifts or products that include delivery to several addresses, you may need to place separate orders for each address in that situation.

  • 9. Is my order insured when shipped and do i need to sign for my order at the time of delivery?

    Indeed, your package is covered by our company for delivery. We need proof of delivery for any order because of the high value of goods that we offer. This implies that without a signature, we are unable to allow distribution of packages.
