  • 1. How can I track my order?

    You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping information and tracking number once your order has been confirmed. You may also monitor the status of your order if you have registered with us by logging in and choosing My Account, followed by Order Status.   • 2. Can i book an order for delivery to more than one shipping address?

    Unfortunately, at the moment you can ship to only one address per request. If your order involves gifts or products that include delivery to several addresses, you may need to place separate orders for each address in that situation.

  • 3. Can i place an order for a sold-out style?

    Once you are registered with us you can add the item to your wish list if any product is sold out and we will contact you once the item is back in stock. If not, contact our Customer Support Team via email, phone call, chat or Whatsapp with the product SKU code. We'll check and let you know if we can get these designs again and when, or if they can be customized for you.

  • 4. If i like a design on the website, is it possible to custom make it in different colours?

    Yes, Viraaya is proud of its ability to customize the colour, pattern, and style of outfits. However with the adjustments that you want to make, it is highly advisable to reach out to our customer service team. If you are informed by the customer service team that the modifications can be incorporated, only then can you place the order.   • 5. My delivery/pickup has not arrived.

    We are sorry to hear that, If the order is not picked up at the scheduled time, please send us an email with your order details to and our team will contact you about the status or reschedule a better time for you.

  • 6. Are the colours shown on the website accurate?

    We have made every attempt to show the colours of the items on the web as accurately as possible. However we cannot guarantee that any color display on your monitor or device would be fully accurate, such as computer monitors and electronic displays.

  • 1. Which Size Should I Choose?

    At Viraaya, we know the meaning of having the right fit and we are highly serious about the same thing. In order to help you find the right size, here are a few things we do. If you are unable to choose a size on the product page, you can also choose the custom choice in which we will make the garment tailored to your measurements. Standard size: Pick the appropriate standard size from the size guide, i.e. Small, Large, Medium, X-Large. As a company values, we ensure that on both sides of the outfit, the product delivered to you will have a margin of 0.5inch. For example, if you choose size M, the size of the M bust would be 38 inches. (refer to the sizing guide on the product page and below The M size you have selected will have an overall margin of at least 1 inch (0.5 inch on each side). In this case, you can change it as per your exact measurements once you obtain the garment. You can still customize the garment if you are uncertain about sizing.

  • 2. What if the delivered outfit does not fit me?

    We at Viraaya believe strongly that it is of the utmost importance to have the right fit. Worry not, email us at in a situation where the shipped outfit does not fits you well, and we will get you in touch with our fitting team who will direct you with your local tailor on how to get the perfect changes made. If this choice is not enough, we are happy to consider a refund within 3 days of the delivery of the product to you. Do check our return and exchange in this case.

  • 3. How are measurements taken for custom order?

    We know how important it is to get the right fit and we take this very seriously. Here are a few things we do to help you find the right fit. We customize the outfit to your size. However, we can only custom-fit certain items. Standard size: Pick the appropriate standard size from the size guide, i.e. Small, Large, Medium, X-Large. As a company values, we ensure that on both sides of the outfit, the product delivered to you will have a margin of 0.5inch.

  • 1. Is COD available on the website for orders within india?

    Unfortunately, presently, we do not provide cash-on-delivery services. Register with us and we'll email you once we begin.

  • 2. Can i make changes to my order once it has been placed?

    Currently It is not possible to make changes once the order is placed. If you wish to add or change the things in the order, you have 24 hours after you place the order, to cancel it. You can then put a new order with the same products and sizes until the order is cancelled within 24 hours.

  • 3. Can i use coupon codes on an item which is already discounted?

    We share coupons on your registered e-mail as part of our deals and giveaways. Just one discount coupon will be added to your order at any given time. If a product is already discounted, the offer of the coupon code for the same order will not be valid. Make sure that you are registered with us to periodically receive coupons and offers.

  • 4. Is it secure to use my credit card on Viraaya website?

    Your personal online protection is extremely crucial to us at Viraaya. To store and securely transmit your personal and credit card information, we use the latest SSL technology. All orders are routed through a secure portal for payment.

  • 5. How can i return or exchange an item?

    At Viraaya, we believe in satisfying customers. , We welcome returns and exchanges, for up to 3 days from when the order has been delivered. You can go to your account and request a return and an exchange if you are registered with us. If you were shopping as a guest with us, you will need to reach out to our customer service team to help you do the same. We do not offer refunds. Credit notes against their returns will be issued to all the customers.

  • 6. Can i make a purchase for a gift, in that case are you able to send a gift receipt and not the receipt with the amount value?

    We're glad to be a part of your celebration. A gift can be purchased. We will wrap the order for you and also add a greeting. Don't worry! We'll no add an invoice to the package. We'll email you your invoice instead, along with shipping details. In the note box at checkout, please notice that the order is a gift.

    For Indian Customers. Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers. Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

    We are sorry to hear that! However, at Viraaya we keep customer satisfaction as our top priority. We allow early cancellations for orders. Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel the order from the time of booking and we will refund you the money. In the event of cancellation, your payment will be returned to you within 14 business days.

  • 3. What is your custom order cancellation policy?

    At Viraaya, we are conscious of our efforts to create personalized clothes for our customers. Customer satisfaction is still highly important to us, however. If a custom order has been put, we authorize the client to cancel the order within 24 hours of the time of booking and within 14 business days we will refund the money.
